Tips for watching and scrolling between stories on Instagram
When you watch someone's story, you can skip forward, backward or pause:
- Navigate between stories: Tap on the left of the screen to go back to the previous photo or video, or tap on the right to navigate to the next one.
- Skip between stories: Swipe right or left to skip between people's stories.
- Pause stories: Tap and hold the screen to pause a photo or video.
Keep in mind that when you watch someone's story, they'll be able to tell that you've watched it.
