Take a screenshot with Android, iPhone, or Samsung
On an iPhone X or newer
To take a screenshot:
  1. Press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
  2. Release the buttons once you hear the shutter noise or see the screen flash.
  3. The screenshot will be stored in your phone's Camera roll. You can view it by tapping on the Photos app, then tapping All photos on your device.
On an iPhone 8 or older
To take a screenshot:
  1. Press and hold the power and home buttons.
  2. Release the buttons once you hear the shutter noise or see the screen flash.
  3. The screenshot will be stored in your phone's Camera roll. You can view it by tapping Photos app, then tapping All photos on your device.
On a Samsung Galaxy device
To take a screenshot:
  1. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons.
  2. Release the buttons once you hear the shutter noise or see the screen flash.
  3. The screenshot will be stored in your phone's Gallery.
On most Android devices, excluding Samsung Galaxy devices
To take a screenshot:
  1. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons. On some phones you'll need to press and hold the volume down and home buttons instead.
  2. Release the buttons once you hear the shutter noise or see the screen flash.
  3. The screenshot will be stored in your phone's Gallery.
